We supply and install complete turnkey solar PV systems, including the following components:

PV Module: photovoltaic modules (more commonly referred to as “solar panels”) are used to generate DC power from the sun. We also carry frameless, glass-glass semi-transparent modules.

Solar Inverter: unit(s) used for converting DC power into AC power for use on standard. Available in string inverters (for whole system) or microinverters (per panel).

We carry string inverters from brands such as Fronius, Magnum Energy, and SMA, and microinverters from Enphase.

Solar Charge Controllers: designed to optimize the charging of your deep cycle batteries by the solar panels, and prevent electricity stored in the batteries from going through the solar panels when there is no sun.

We use quality 12V and 24V Solar Charge Controllers from Morningstar, MPPT also available.

PV Wire/Cables: a single-conductor wire used to connect the panels of a photovoltaic electric energy system, in order to produce electricity through an energy conversion process. They are UV-resistant, CSA approved/code-compliant, #10 AWG, and are available in black (negative) and red (positive). The standard for connecting PV modules is the MC4 connector.

We carry CSA-approved, code-compliant UV-resistant red and black PV wire as well as MC4/T4 connectors.

Solar Mounting System: or solar racking, is used to safely attach PV modules and other components onto roofs, building facades, poles, ground-mount, trackers, etc. Mounts4solar is a trademark of Green Sun Rising and we are able to make custom solutions for any job, whether it is a flush roof mount or an angled A-frame ground mount.

PV System Monitoring: internet-based generation and/or consumption data of your solar PV system. Used to see production variance over time, how much money is made/saved, how much CO₂ is saved, warns of any errors or system issues, and sends generation reports.

Other: we also carry an assortment of additional products for grid-tied or off-grid solar PV systems, including 600V fuses (1A, 3A, 10A, 15A, 25A, etc.), CAT5 cables at any length for hardwired system monitoring, bonding lugs, and more.
